Earlier this year, COK submitted our evidence to the Pennsylvania State Police and the Franklin County District Attorney, calling for prompt enforcement action. As noted by WJLA in a separate story, it took state police 55 days to respond.

Additionally, while Nestlé has announced that it immediately severed ties with Martin Farms after learning about the abuses we documented, the company has still failed to address the systemic nature of the issues our investigation uncovered.
