Many, like myself, had a parent create the account. Neopets now requires a birthday if you haven't logged in recently. This makes so many users blocked out of their accounts because their parents/or themselves put in a random birthday. Many individuals have spent money into this game. And now they are blocking many out, including myself. I sent a ticket with information about my account, including friends, items, and even screenshots of emails from them. But because the email i used to originally make the account (which is over 10 years old) isn't linked they said they couldn't help me. This makes NO sense. Very rarely do we still have access, or even knowledge, of email accounts that are 10 years old. We need to stop this policy, and i want my account back! Please help others, and myself, get their neopets account back.
