Tonight (6/7) is the final zoning board meeting, where residents and other concerned members of the community may share their opposition during "public comment" finally, rather than just being limited to asking questions regarding Diversified Properties LLC's testimonies! Please join at 7:30 at town hall (195 Changebridge Road, Montville NJ). There are many reasons to be opposed to this proposal's approval; some of which include traffic, immense strain on our (already strained) public services, wetlands and woodlands destruction, several other developments currently being built on Main Rd/202, and increased taxes for the township. This proposed development is not suitable for this area of land, and we must aim to conserve the town of Montville before it's too late and every patch of grass gets built on. The proposals from Diversified Properties LLC have several inconsistencies and falsified claims that they've presented to the board, as well as the residents at these meetings, but we as a community have worked together to prove to the board that this land-use is inappropriate and must not be approved.
