This is so hard to write. Sadly and with a broken heart my family said goodbye to this beautiful girl last Friday. Our hearts are shattered into a million pieces. The transport drove from California and had to battle the Colorado snowstorm endangering herself with the treacherous road conditions as she came into Colorado. I payed a great amount of money to have her taken away from my family. Odd, I’m actually reading this again, “I payed a great amount of money to have her taken away” In what world does this make sense to take away a beloved pet? The pain of the loss of Rosie is real and after grueling hours on her trip with no food food or water because there was only one transporter, she had no way of taking her out alone for a bathroom break, Rosie made it to Pig Luv. A pig sanctuary in Valley Springs California. Where she can live the rest of her life being lived and no worries about ever having to leave. I cried as I watched the transport drive away with her, I couldn’t even speak.
