Tolga Miran who is in prison for 30 years for trying to kill me and my mom too and and not from here an illegal alien who finally got my home! I got nothing! After years and years of going to court since 2010. Married only 2 years. He got here April 10th 2010! It's now November 2020 and nobody helped me! Not the news, Gov Santis, Marc Rubio, Judicial court, nobody!  My mom spent over 20 thousand dollars on an appeal too after Judge Amy Hawthorn gave my ex my home! I lost appeal too! NO OPINION!  With all my proof!  And Hawthorn  didn't bother listening to my evidence !!!  All the proof I had! Tolga had NONE!! NOTHING!  I tried 3 attorneys, Hoffman which dismissed the settlement agreement! DISMISSED!!!! Do you think Judge Hawthorn cared!! NO!!!! She goes to a home and lives her life! And can't sue her either!!! Im not the only one she did this too! She should not became judge!!! Attorney Douglas Spiegel which did nothing! All he wanted was money! Attorney Mitchell that took his time with my appeal! And lost! I am a 62 year old disabled because of Tolga, a woman with all the proof and Tolga Miran in prison got my home too!! Testified from prison! Unbelievable! 3 times Tolga held me captive! First in 2011 Tolga made me sign a deed. Pages were missing, it was fraudulent! 3rd time Tolga made me sign a settlement Agreement! Threats again and beat up and everything stolen, held captive, witnesses I had!! That could of gone to court!! But Spiegel never called them!! broken things,  etc.  Tolga Miran held me captive in my room again! Made me sign the agreement! Came over again on a restraint order!! Nobody did anything!  And Judge Hawthorn said agreement was valid!! Couldn't believe it!  I got destroyed for nothing! Did anybody care! Lost my job! My credit! My life! My things! He destroyed my car! My home! And he got my home! Here I am a American citizen!! Used to be a Security Guard! Had a home, car, everything was great till I met this guy! He is a scammer! I even lived in Turkey with his parents and him! Knew him since 2007. When I married him and brought him here everything changed!! I had everything in my name only! Everything!  I never knew he would be so evil! Something has got to be done! This is not right! So wrong! I now have to leave and live in a destroyed car!!! You have no idea what I have been through. My poor mom too.l she's 83!  We both lost everything because of what happened. Everything! I don't know what to do!! I am confused!
