On Saturday 8th February we marched through the centre of Birmingham against the barbaric outdated so called sport of trophy hunting.
We marched for wildlife against Safari Club International who spent their weekend selling trips abroad to blood thirsty killers paying thousands of dollars to hunt and murder iconic endangered animals such as Elephants, Giraffe, Lions and even Polar Bears to name a few of Earths precious wildlife.
This year we included The Great British Shooting Show which is due to take place this weekend starting on 14th February, Valentines day how romantic at the NEC, Britain's equivalent of this disgusting show.
The promotion of blood sports, dangerous weapons and the desensitising of children is absolutely unacceptable. What sort of world do we live in that allows this outdated barbarity to continue to please a small minority of people that have a blood lust for killing animals.
Britains wildlife needs our voice, this cruel outdated backward sport needs to be stopped and the shows that promote it.
Watch the video footage of Dominic Dyer, CEO of Badger Trust and member of Born Free talk about the unnecessary killing of wildlife both at home and abroad.
