The NCAA has been hurting two Kansas basketball players and not allowing them to play. The necessary paperwork has been submitted and the NCAA are penalizing Billy P and Silvio D from doing what they love! Fortunately, they approved Silvio this last weekend. Now, there is no other reason to withhold Billy P. He has met the requirements and deserve to play!
