We do not have a finalized schedule for 2023 at this point in time.  Cases are tried in the order in which the homicide occurred.  This year we have been trying cases from 2016 and 2017.  It may be several more years before this case is on a trial calendar.  

 

I know this is not what you want to hear and is frustrating to have to wait so long for the case to go to trial.
