After reviewing the Mecklenburg County Courthouse website, I noticed that the arraignment date has been changed to December 3, 2020. Michael Himes and Lauren Kerr have NOT agreed to the plea deal proposed by the District Attorney.

This month will be 8 months since my daughter was killed in a Hit and Run crash that was caused by Michael Himes and assisted by Lauren Kerr.

Oakdale Elementary, Ranson Middle School, North Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina as well at York Comprehensive High School have all received donations on behalf of Maniche Nichole Wilson.

***Just a reminder....  Mr. Himes and Ms. Kerr arraignment date has been rescheduled yet again to December 3, 2020.  For those of you who are scheduling to attend, it will be held at the Mecklenburg County Court House at 832 E 4th St, Charlotte, NC 28202 in court room 5310.  The defendants are scheduled for the AM session.
