We, the undersigned citizens of North Carolina, do not want Black River State Park.  We do not want our scenic area changed by tourism and commercialization.  Black River and the surrounding area is unchanged because of the lack of people visiting our river.  50,000 visitors a year will cause an adverse effect on our area. There are already a sufficient number of boat access areas to enter Black River for those interested enough to visit.
