Piracy is the unauthorized reproduction of ones work. It can be classified into different platforms like piracy of music, movie, book, software and etc. but the most prominent here in the Philippines is movie piracy. In connection to this the Republic Act No. 10088 or the "Anti-Camcording Act of 2010" is established in order to prohibit and penalize all illegal possession of any audiovisual works. But despite the efforts of the government and other private groups are doing to eliminate or lessen the movie piracy in the country, people still continue to commit this crime. 

Every movie is made from the blood, sweat and tears of the producers, directors, writers, staffs and actors. They do their best in order to provide good quality movie to the viewers to make them feel happy and satisfied. On the contrary, because of piracy the hardworks of the makers is not being reciprocated.

We as Filipinos should stand up and work together for this film makers and fight for piracy or "illegal camcording". That we should work hand in hand in order to strengthen the Republic Act No. 10088 or the "Anti-Camcording Act of 2010" and to help eradicate movie piracy here in our country.
