I know a lot of you have been wondering what has happened and if NBC has backed down yet. The simple answer is not as far as we can tell. NBC still refuses to answer my emails, still refuses to cancel. I understand that the third season has been green lit and that filming will commence soon with the upcoming shark fishing tournament in Montauk starting in June. It is not too late for NBC/NBC Sports to stop this abomination of a show. We will continue to pressure advertisers to send their money elsewhere and to avoid the PR nightmare this show became last year.
