After a 14 month legal battle, on Monday March 16th, New York State Supreme Court Justice Bill Taylor dealt a nasty blow to our fight for equality and justice dismissing both our case against WHEC-TV (News10NBC) and also against Lovely Warren, Mayor of Rochester.
Many may not have noticed his ruling because of timing with Covid-19.  However, we feel STRONGLY that his ruling was heavily biased, contains many factual errors and in no way brings any sort of remedy to "The Calamity" that occurred on January 6th, 2019. 
With that being said, a notice of appeal has been filed with the Monroe County Courthouse and we are now in the process of adding to our legal team as we enter the next stage of our fight against a corrupt local government, a cowardly TV station and against #CancelCulture itself.  

Our goal is to raise an additional $25,000 to help pay for a portion of these mounting legal fees.
