Today Andrew Davenport had his attorney file an emergency motion to compel ME to stop using social media and change.org. What happened to free speech in the State of AL? They are trying to quiet our voice on the grounds that this is hurtful to my grandchildren. My grandchildren are 4 and 6 and cannot read. Shouldn't the court be more concerned with the fact that they ripped my precious grandchildren away from their mother who took excellent care of them their entire lives as opposed to concerning themselves with a change.org petition. Judge Pate and Sammye Kok are completely prejudice and corrupt along with the Davenport family. I beg someone in a position of power and influence to please stop this injustice immediately!! I also just learned from my daughter's attorney that Judge Pate and Sammye Kok will allow my daughter to have a birthday party she planned for her daughter this Saturday IF I agree to remove the single picture of my daughter and her children posted on Change.org and I believe if my daughter agrees to remove all pictures of her children off her Facebook page. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND BRIBERY! TALK ABOUT USING THESE CHILDREN!! Finally, Andrew Davenport is refusing to let the children even speak to their mother - more parental alienation by a corrupt legal system and a vindictive family.
