To the women who feel unseen 
who give everything and get nothing back,
who hold the world together quietly,
who cry in the shower so no one asks what’s wrong,
who smile through pressure, pain, and exhaustion… 
I see you.

This movement is growing because of you.

You’re the reason I started this petition.
You’re the reason women are sharing it.
You’re the reason this message is spreading like fire.

We’ve been told to be “strong,” “grateful,” “quiet,” and “fine.”
But here’s the truth:
Strength doesn’t mean invisibility.
Gratitude doesn’t mean silence.
And being “fine” doesn’t mean we don’t need support.

Just like a phone that needs to recharge,
we can’t run on empty and still be expected to carry everyone else’s world.
Even the strongest battery burns out without care.

And just like a candle,
we can shine brightly only if someone protects the flame.
When the wind hits too hard for too long, even the bravest light flickers.

Women deserve to be heard before we break.
Women deserve rest before we collapse.
Women deserve recognition before we disappear into everyone else’s needs.

So here’s where we are now:
We’re getting louder.
We’re coming together.
We’re being seen maybe for the first time.
