Stop Fox Hunting on National Trust Land.

Fox hunting is illegal in the UK because an overwhelming majority of people want this barbaric tradition permanently outlawed. Yet the democracy of our society is continuously challenged by those who wish to participate in blood sports.
I am a Vegan beauty blogger and an advocate for animal rights. For me there is no doubt that all animals have the ability to feel and suffer, sadly human beings are often the cause of animal suffering and I feel it is our responsibility, our duty to protect them.
The National Trust are the largest conservation charity in Europe. Their organisation has a great reputation for preserving and protecting beautiful places that people will enjoy for years to come.
Sadly they are not so passionate about protecting foxes, each year the National Trust provides licenses for what is known as organised "trail hunting" on Trust land. Trail hunts ultimately provide a loophole in the law for those who wish to avoid prosecution when a fox/deer/hare is "accidentally" killed and they often are.
Next month the National Trust are set to hold their annual meeting to discuss this matter and Trust members are also expected to be able to vote, that said the Trust have made it clear that the vote will not necessarily be binding.
There are members within the trust who strongly oppose trail hunting and would like to see it completely banned but it seems that not everyone within the trust feels the same way. So I invite you to offer those who wish to see an end to trail hunting your support by signing & sharing this petition and by doing so you also become a voice for the voiceless.
