The NRMP Main Residency Match Results were prematurely released on the nrmp.org site. An unknown number of applicants were able to view their matched program. Given that there is little reason to continue to keep the results from the applicants, the NRMP should officially release the results early.

Additionally, in future years, the NRMP should release Match results to applicants and programs as soon as they are available.
