Thanks for supporting this :)  If we had a political Code of ETHICS overseen by a National Integrity Commission WOULD Federal Politicians have:

*IGNORED WARNINGS of CATASTROPHIC bush FIRES and NOT PLANNED AHEAD with extra Water Bombers, equipment AND a NATIONAL Action Plan?

*SOLD and oversold OUR most precious resource - WATER -  to private CORPORATIONS leaving everyday Aussie Townies and Farmers with NONE? And our native fish and animals dying?

*NOT started SERIOUSLY PLANNING FOR and ACTING ON Climate Change when we are one of the VERY few countries in the WORLD where this is NOT BIPARTISAN POLICY?  Saving their POLITICAL grand-standing for things LESS  IMPORTANT than our children and grand-children's future?

*OUTSOURCED ESSENTIAL Government Services to Private CORPORATIONS who do this for PROFIT and who have access to the CONFIDENTIAL (Inc Financial and Health DATA) of EVERY Australian Citizen through Goverment CALL Centres like CENTRELINK? Everyone at birth is given a Customer Reference Number..  These CORPORATIONS being PRIVATE are NOT subject to the SAME accountable Codes of INTEGRITY that Public Sector workers are..

*Started forcing Social Security recipients to have most of their payments put onto a PRIVATELY OWNED Indue (Corporate name) card where your local BUSINESS has to be REGISTERED with this CORPORATION for people to be ABLE to purchase goods and services?  This CORPORATION PROFITS by charging TAX-PAYERS a fee to SET UP an account and ongoing fees to ADMINISTER it.  This CORPORATION has had past links with Politicians and PROFITS from the plight of the most VULNERABLE Australian Citizens!  The Government PLANS to eventually EXTEND it to EVERYONE (Inc Aged Pensioners) but has NEVER taken this to an ELECTION as a POLICY Australians can VOTE on!

I could cite more examples of what SHOULD be seen as LACKING ETHICS AND INTEGRITY - BECAUSE NONE  of this has EVER been FORMALLY AGREED to BY the Australian PEOPLE at an ELECTION OR by Paliamentary APPROVAL..

Under our CONSTITUTION - PARLIAMENT is MEANT to make DECISIONS about Social Security..
