Tomorrow afternoon 24/09/2019 Oliver Yates' and Leslie Hall's cases against Gladys Liu and Josh Frydenberg commence in the Federal Court against the purple and white electoral commission look-a-like signs - without ANY Liberal branding - directing Chinese voters in these electorates that:
"The right way to vote: On the green ballot paper fill in 1 next to the candidate of Liberal Party and fill in the numbers from smallest to largest in the rest of the boxes"
in the May Federal election.
The Liberal party's defence to this is that the Candidates weren't AWARE the signs existed - but that surely shows an even LARGER lack of credibility when there are social media photos of those working on Frydenberg's campaign:

The signs were directed at older Chinese Australians in their electorates and in Liu's case perhaps she thought it was worth the risk - but in Josh Frydenberg's case with the huge margin he holds in his electorate WHY he would choose to use such signs?
Is it because our Politicians have got away with misleading us for such a long time - they think it no longer MATTERS?
The Australian people want 'truth in advertising' around political campaigns as is seen by the numbers signing the truth in Political Advertising petitions here on Change:

So if the current action in the Federal Court results in 'business as usual' would a Political Code of Ethics make a difference? Not just for Politicians but for Political parties, their staffers AND their Candidates?
Would Politicians be game enough to lie if it resulted in a possible dismissal of them from their powerful and lucrative roles in Parliament?
Maybe this is WHY most politicians refused to sign up to ex-Commissioner Tony Fitzgerald's voluntary code of Ethical Standards in 2017?
Which is exactly why WE the Australian People need to show Federal Politicians in many thousands - THIS is what WE the PEOPLE want!
