I spoke to Peter Todd today. Mr Todd is a solicitor who is doing excellent work for the CFS/ME NICE battle. Sadly, though he said he would be unable to help our case. Mr Todd explained that I should have completed a Judicial Review within the 3 months of NICE publication. Yet, if you have been following the campaign you will know that I did try to do this from previous legal advice but the legal costs were over a hundred thousand pounds and we needed the missing information from the Freedom of Information Act which NICE denied twice. I am still waiting for the Information Commissioner to assign us a case worker to hopefully provide us with the information that is being hidden. 

Press Release

I have paid for the services from Journalism.co.uk to support me to make a professional Press Release. I also paid them to put the press release on their media database and I have also paid for the press release to be on additional media data called Junrolink. Also, I have sent the press release via email and post to over 60 media sources. I hope to hear from enough to spread the word of the campaign to enable us to get one hundred thousand signatures on the government/parliament petition.

Please send the Updated Cover Letter & Paper Protest to your local MP. You can send them by email or letter. I am sorry if you sent the previous one but this has been a learning process and we are getting postive results from the Updated Documents. The more people that do this, the better chance we have.
