Many of you do not see the paleness of my skin, the heavy bags under my eyes and my dry chapped lips. By the time you see me, I have a cosmetic mask that makes my obvious signs disappear.
Many of you do not see my throbbing muscles, the electric shocks up my spine and the shooting agony down my legs.The daily exhaustion of my body and soul.
Many of you do not see the stress and burnout in my husband's eyes. He is constantly on the go, barely a moment to breathe. From his employment, maintaining the home and caring for me.
Many of you do not see my broken dreams, unachieved goals and grief. A previous high achiever, climbing a career in health care.
Many of you do not see that there are many people like me. Millions of people suffer from Chronic Pain. And what makes it worse is most of us are Ignored, dismissed and are faced with ineffective treatment.
Do many of you know that Numerous Vital Pain Relief and Management Treatments are no longer approved by 'The National institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE)' for Chronic Pain.
