Hello everyone, thank you so much for your support! Incredibly within 24 hours we've had 1,696 supporters sign this petition!

First, we'd like to mention that we've now come up with the hashtag #ReinstateUnwin to use on social media. If you're able to please use it on your posts, so that we can attempt to get it trending.

Secondly, we've had a really good first 24 hours but in an ideal world we'd reach 10,000 signatures sooner rather than later. So, it'd be greatly appreciated if you can send this petition to your friends, family and colleagues to sign. https://www.change.org/DavidUnwin 

Posting regularly on social media is also welcome, using something along the lines of:

"Dr Unwin's sugar infographics have helped countless individuals improve their health and now they're under threat. Please help reinstate the infographics as a NICE endorsed resource by signing this petition. Https://www.change.org/DavidUnwin #ReinstateUnwin"

Following that, if you know of any media contacts or well-known individuals that would be interested in this please send it to them and feel free to let them know they can get in touch with us (PHC) via email on info @ PHCuk. org to collaborate on promoting the petition.

Lastly, if you're in the UK it'd also be greatly appreciated if you could email your local MP  the petition, asking them if they can sign and support it by sharing it online. A good approach would be to write a small introduction with why this is important to you, alongside asking them if they can sign and share it. Followed by copying and pasting the petition with the link to help give them the basic elements needed to understand what it's about.
