The current law vigorously protects social workers that are often guilty of malpractice.

Parents and defence lawyers have very little field to play in as unfortunately often judges take the word of social workers as factual and professional. We know that often they fabricate lies or narrate a picture of events that best suites them to justify removal of children. Unfortunately parents have very little way of showing the court's that they are indeed lieing.

Let's try our best to try and ensure that social workers are not above the law and face the music for their wrongful actions.
