Hi Everyone, We have a small victory thanks to the Wild! Next week on Tuesday April 4th, the Wild will wear replica Minnesota North Stars jerseys from 1967 during warm-ups before they take on the Carolina Hurricanes to celebrate the NHL first coming to Minnesota 50 years ago! This was met with a lot of celebration from Minnesota hockey fans and disdain from Dallas Stars fans. I absolutely took it as an opportunity to promote our history petition for additional signatures! Some annoying opponents spoke up, but it is nothing we can't handle! We need more signatures to keep the dream of the NHL officially granting the Wild the history of the North Stars from 67-93 alive! We want those retired North Stars banners at Xcel Energy Center! We want the history to live in Minnesota where it was created! Dallas can have their history from 1993-present. Share this petition! Ask other Minnesota hockey fans to sign it and share it! Ask NHL fans to sign it and share it. It is going to continue to take work to even have a prayer of succeeding in getting our voice heard, but the petition will only HELP the Wild continue to venture on the North Stars front in bringing the jerseys, old logo, and history back to Minnesota where they belong!
