We had a really good visit with Floyd Hand today; We went and spent some time with him this morning at the VA Hospital in Sturgis SD. He is the head of the Black Hills Claim Treaty Council (Formally Black Hills Sioux Nation Treaty Council) UUWS has been recognized by Floyd Hand & BHCTC.
