Discussing Endometriosis as a Uterus or Period Based Disease is Discrimination

Failing to discuss Endometriosis in its UPDATED terms continues to fail an entire community of individuals. Endometriosis is rogue tissue, similar only in looks to the uterine lining. It is distinctively different including in how it "grows/spreads" not "sheds", down to the cellular analysis to the stroma cells. It is a whole body disease.

Calling endometriosis a period disease is discriminatory and false all around. Sampson's Theory of "retrograde menstruation" has been debunked through multiple findings such as it being found in fetuses, and men as well as what's was mentioned up above. We are unraveling cases daily of malpractice, preventable organ removals, and false hope in medicine. It is truly appalling.

We have turned this into a women's uterus based disease yet so many of us are struggling and reproductive system isn't touched, we've had hysterectomy, gone through menopause, an in some reported cases MEN born MEN. Not to mention the trans community are severely affected by this anomaly. My uterus and ovaries were not affected by endometriosis, rather Adenomyosis (sister disease, but OF the uterus). The uterine lining was not what they found one my colon rectum and bladder, its was endometriosis. I will be making another update tomorrow with a visual of the cellular analysis for yourself.

We have visuals, aides, and pamphlets with the uterus as the "poster child" for endometriosis, yet many of us have had hysterectomies or gone through forced or of age menopause still suffer from the grips of endometriosis. We are still seeing huge measures of injustices against our race and color as well. This constitutes violations of civil rights to an entire category of citizens supposed to be protected. Several codes and laws, including US Code 18 section 242, the more recent Right to Build Families Act and the Patient Protections and Affordable Care Act of 09, section 1557 states as follows:

'it is a crime for a person acting under any color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the constitution or laws of the United States. The ACAs primary anti-discrimination provision prohibits health programs or facilities that receive federal funds from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. Limiting an individuals rights to access to IVF or restrict care to millions of people struggling to build a family is now able to be pursued by the DOJ, U.S Attorney Generals, and healthcare providers for violations of the new legislature."

Discrimination is against our civil rights and we are making some noise about it!!!!
