JULY 17TH 2024 is the 10 year anniversary of the MURDER of ERIC GARNER, who strangled using an illegal "choke-hold" while declaring "I CAN'T BREATHER". LEGACY is the daughter which was born prior to his murder and year after year aided by her parents she holds an event in honor of her father's memory. At today's event GWEN CARR, the MOTHER of ERIC GARNER, together with her grand daughter LEGACY paid honor to their loved ones memory!
