The fact is, nothing significant has changed to either prevent or hold accountable for the murders by police!  UNARMED INNOCENT PEOPLE REMAIN AT RISK! So what do we do, "cross our fingers" and hope it doesn't hit our door step, while they push for legislation to be passed?
