While the focus of the nation may be on Trumps "scandal" within the White House - Police have not ceased their "terrorizing" of the most vulnerable. In this case, a pregnant teenager who advised in advance that she was pregnant. Her pleas were ignored and she was tasered, despite the fact she had been surrounded by numerous officers, who has all laid hold of her. How is it so many police were unable to carry out their duties, in attempting to subdue a young pregnant women, and found the need to "taser" her into submission? It's embarrassing to have that many officers clearly struggling to subdue a young woman "already" subdued. This show of excessive force is habitual within communities of color. For regardless how minor the incident this "show of force" is fast becoming the standard. If we do not wish to become "a bonafide police state" the issue of policing in America must come to the forefront of the nation. And every American whether affected directly or indirectly, ought to be concerned as to how "public servants" are serving. For what you allow upon others - will in fact be allowed upon you!
