Shame on the 11 nations (Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Russia, and Pakistan) who voted against and 16 countries (Algeria, Brazil, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Maldives, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and United Arab Emirates) who abstained from voting. And thank you to 20 nations (Albania, Argentina, Botswana, El Salvador, Estonia, France, Gabon, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Montenegro, Netherlands, Paraguay, Portugal, South Korea, Macedonia, Great Britain+Ireland, and United States) who voter YES to his mandates.
