We’re still keeping an eye on the proposed data center!  

There’s been an update on the lawsuit filed by DC BLOX challenging Metro’s data center moratorium and new zoning restrictions. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit and will not intervene, claiming the case may be better suited for a state court. This is an exciting win for Metro Legal. 

We’re also grateful to share that our petition has reached 600,404 signatures and counting! Thank you to everyone who continues to stand with Nashville Zoo. Together, we're protecting something truly worth preserving.
