

It Is Irrational to Me and So Many Others the State Properties Committee Condoned the Reckless Actions by the RIDEM In Issuing a New Lease to PRIX After PRIX Breaching the Terms of Its Lease and Causing Great Harm to Galilee by Creating a Health, Safety, and an Environmental Hazard. Procaccianti and Paolino have 10 billion in Real Estate Investments, and looking at the above picture, they created a wasteland in Galilee. In addition, the RIDEM wants the taxpayers to pay for most of the demolition.
Our Town Must Fight for What Is Right. Our Town Council Has to File a Court Injunction and File Litigation to Stop the RIDEM from fulfilling its nefarious mission in awarding a 20-year lease to Jame Procaccianti and Joseph Paolino. James Procaccianti and Joseph Paolino should have been fined, summoned into court, and even have criminal charges filed against them for the harm they created in Galilee as they intentionally created reckless endangerment.
If We Fail to Act, We Act to Fail. As Yogi Berra Would Say, It's Not Over Until It's Over. Let's Hope Our Town Council Does Not Just Sit Back and Allow This Gross Injustice to Occur to Our Gem of a Village of Galilee. I wrote the Narragansett Town Council an email today to prompt them to take action. Time will only tell if they will act to save our Gem of a Village of Galilee.
