I thought the RIDEM is supposed to protect us against this c......p in our environment. Mold and other toxins are in this building. We need to call in the Environmental Protection Agency. And Director Terry Gray was unanimously appointed as Director of the RIDEM last year. And then after Procaccianti and Paolino have allowed this to happen, the RIDEM is still allowing Procaccianti and Paolino to retain its very lucrative street level parking lot in Galilee that is out of compliance with the Town's Ordinances. In Block Island the Town and the Community fought against the illegal expansion of Champlin's Marina, and the fight finally made it to the Supreme Court that ruled against the expansion. However, if the Block Island (New Shoreham) sat back and said we are going to see what the RIDEM Director will say and be at the mercy of the RIDEM Director or the Coastal Resource Management Council then Champlin's Marina would have been doubled in size and it would have caused great harm to The Great Salt Pond.
