
Do all our Rhode Island Senators who appointed Terrance Gray to lead the RIDEM approve of the insider behind the scenes deal the RIDEM made with Procaccianti Developers for a 19-year parking lot lease that the RIDEM is sending to the State Properties Committee for approval? Do our Senators approve the RIDEM allowed Procaccianti to abandon the Lighthouse Inn and create one of the worse eyesores on the State of RI leased land in the history of RI? Do our Senators approve the RIDEM now wants the State of RI taxpayers to demolish the abandoned Lighthouse Inn that was neglected by Procaccianti Developers that has over 10 billion dollars in investable assets? How can our local Senators, Bridget Geraci Valverde https://www.facebook.com/bridgetgeraci and Alana DiMario https://www.facebook.com/alana.dimario approve of this appointment if they care about Narragansett and the State of RI?
We now have to contact the State Properties Commitee or attend the meeting they will be hosting that will determine if the parking lot lease will be approved. Unless we have a large turnout and a vocal turnout at the State Properties Commitee, the State Properties Committee will approve the 19-year parking lot lease to the multi-billionaire Procaccianti.
