Dear Honorable Town Council Members, Town Manager and Town Planner,
I called the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management today and left voice messages for Director Terry Gray and Assistant Director / Legal Counsel Mary Kay presenting my final arguments on why we can no longer have Procaccianti Developers retain the lease, and I presented my rationale on why they need to select the Town of Narragansett's Proposal, I added it would be deeply ironic if the RIDEM selects the multi-billion dollar developer who left the lease land to become a haven for scavengers, a dump yard for debris, and created abandoned buildings due to neglect that can only hurt but not help our environment. I added, if any resident in Narragansett left his or her property to become a haven for scavengers and left his or her property in such a neglectful condition where the property would have to be condemned, he or she would have to go to court and a fine would be imposed due to the neglect. I also added how they need to listen to our elected officials and also our sage Town Manager and Planner who put forth a viable plan for Galilee. I added we have close to 3000 signatures at the Change.org online petition. Below is the Legal Counsel - Assistant Director's response regarding when a decision will be made for the leased land in Galilee. Respectfully Submitted, Dr. Albert Alba

Dear Dr. Alba,
A decision should be announced soon about the redevelopment of the former Lighthouse Inn parcel in Galilee.
Best,
