I am forwarding it for your information and would like to state that :-

I have lodged various complaints on government portal and documents attached ( bank’s replies) were letters sent to me by zonal authorities. I feel it as a violation of Civil Procedure Codes.
The guidelines categorically state that action to be taken by at least one scale above officer.
My complaint is against the Zonal Manager and working of Zonal Office hence reply should be given at least by the General Manager.
Our bank is having well established procedures and various regulations but I am very sorry to state that they are very much ignored while dealing the subject matter.
During the course of more than 3 years I have requested to hold an inquiry against the erring officials but surprised that nothing has been done so far and erring officials are given undue protection which is totally against the law of land i.e. Right to equity & Right to be heard.
Under the above circumstances I sincerely appeal to verify the facts before submitting reply to the registered grievance in reference.
