Respected Friends,

I am sharing an update of my petition for your perusal and necessary consideration. The details of the petition itself prove that how much proactive and people centric is our present government.

The General Manager of Bank Of India Shri Devendra Pal Sharma   himself wrote that bank has received almost 300 complaints during the course of more than 3 years from myself .

Is it not the matter of concerns for those how are supposed to deliver justice ?

Why a senior citizen was mentally harassed and kept waiting for 3 years to get his legitimate rights ?

Sir,Public Grievance Redressal  is a time bound system and improving public service delivery in banking is one of the priorities of the Department of financial Services than how my registered grievance reference number DPG/B/2018/00579(2) D E A B has been closed without holding an inquiry ?

In a country where proactive and people centric so called government working and claiming to be transparent & vigilant this poor state of affairs causing concern.

I therefore once again humbly request you all  to support & share the petition so that concern authorities will   arrange for an independent investigation by the committee of other than bank officials so that facts can be verified and high-handedness and deficiency in consumer services in Bank Of India to a beleaguered senior citizen can be examined in true manner.
