With the Demonetization drama, the Winter session of the Parliament was a complete washout and a mockery of the system. The Maternity Amendment Bill, which should have been passed in a blink of the eye, didn't even get mentioned in any of the days during the session. We have been waiting since August 2016 hoping and praying it would be passed in December. December came and is almost gone now with no sight of the bill being implemented yet. Please Modiji, a humble request to you and the parliamentarians to come together collectively and go the Ordinance way for the Maternity Amendment Bill. And please do it now. No more delay.
