If you believe Napa needs more housing then please let your Napa County Supervisors know!

The Old Sonoma Road property, which was the County’s Health & Human Service campus, is the largest available property in the City of Napa with over 8+ acres that can be used for housing.

The county is considering several options for mixed-use housing, including market rate and affordable housing. This property could support over 170 units.  Unfortunately, the Supervisors have had close to 100 contacts from neighbors who are opposed to high density and removal of the older buildings on the property, which have no historical designation. 

Supervisors are asking, why haven’t we heard from the people who need housing and why aren’t they contacting us? 

Please take a few minutes to let them know that we need housing that is affordable now!
