Congress is allowing the situation to devolve instead of holding Biden accountable for (God forbid) what could end up being another 9/11 and worse. Too many of us remember three planes being hijacked on September 11, 2001 and the frightening revelation that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed confessed to U.S. authorities that LAX had also been targeted. We therefore need to ask Congress to send a strong message to Biden that what happened on 9/11 and could’ve happened at LAX must never be allowed to happen again, and that what happened at Kabul’s airport was way too close to 9/11 repeating itself and what was stopped at LAX happening in Kabul.
