Long and short of it: what happened on 9/11 can never again be allowed to happen, and I believe that Congress can send that message to President Biden by impeaching him—and part of never allowing anything like what happened on 9/11 to reoccur is never putting Americans or Americans’ Afghani and other allies at risk.
