Before I went home on Henry Breault Day, I stopped to pay respects at St. Mary's Cemetery and leave a penny. An old tradition, one that has its origins with the ancient Greeks, a penny signifies a visitor. The headstone is well maintained, both his original and the Medal of Honor one.

There has been a great amount of media attention on the petition, thank you to The Day, WINY, the Putnam Town-Crier, WTNH, the CT Native, and all the people who have shared the petition. We are aiming for 5000 signatures for the Henry Breault Golf Tournament in September!
