Remember a president for President's Day! My choice will be President Calvin Coolidge!

Why you might wonder? Because Coolidge awarded the first submariner the Medal of Honor, Henry Breault, on March 8, 1924!

Breault remains the only enlisted submariner to receive the prestigious award and his award was credited to the state of VT, where he enlisted from. Coolidge was from VT, so it was fitting a Vermonter awarded a Vermonter!
