Made it to 815 signatures!

The next VIRGINIA to be named is SSN-812. While there is not date to expect, the SECNAV's office announced SSN-810 would be named SAN FRANCISCO on October 3, 2023, meaning it is possible that in early October we could have a decision on the name.
