For those in CT, VT, NY, CA, WA, and RI, I highly recommend writing to your representatives in Congress, as Breault has several connections to these states.
CT: Born in Putnam, spent time in New London Submarine Base, and is buried in Putnam's St. Mary's Cemetery.
VT: Connections to Grand Isle, VT and enlisted from the town.
NY: Lived in White Plains and stationed in Brooklyn Navy Yard while on O-5. His family lived there during most of his career.
CA: Stationed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego during the 1930s.
WA: Stationed in Bremerton area, called Marysville his "home" in a special request to have shore duty in the area.
RI: Stationed in Newport beginning and end of his career, died on December 5, 1941 in Newport Naval Hospital.
