Boiçucanga é uma das maiores praias de referência da cidade de São Sebastião, litoral norte de SP. Para garantir que ela continue sendo este lugar de destaque tão especial na Costa Sul do munícipio, é fundamental participarmos ativamente das decisões que moldarão o nosso futuro. 

Vale lembrar que a região (Mata Atlântica) é tombada pela Unesco que a reconhece como Reserva da Biosfera da Terra.

Por isso, em termos de planejamento urbano parece equivovada a escolha da administração municipal pela construção de uma unidade 'Agiliza' - o nosso Poupatempo local - na Av. Walkir Vergani, justamente no reconhecido e exaltado Cartão Postal da Costa Sul, onde aprecia-se o mais belo pôr do sol da região. 

Ressaltamos que somos fortemente a favor de um Agiliza local. Para tanto, acreditamos haver e podemos apontar outros terrenos onde a unidade administrativa possa ser mais adequadamente instalada e, assim, melhor servir à população em termos de localização no seu dia-a-dia.

Onde ficava o antigo PS, terreno priviliegiado de frente a praia, desejamos reivindicar uma opção voltada à cultura como proposição alternativa, elevando Boiçucanga a um pólo de referência Ecocultural em ascensão.

Assim, com o objetivo de exaltar a beleza natural da região à beira-mar, promover o envolvimento local e a filosofia do bem viver, propomos a criação de um Núcleo EcoCriativo & MultiCultural nesse espaço, retomando dessa forma a presença daqueles salões que um dia ali existiram.

Boiçucanga is one of the most iconic beaches in the city of São Sebastião, on the northern coast of São Paulo. To ensure that it remains this special and prominent place on the municipality's South Coast, it is crucial that we actively participate in the decisions that will shape our future.

It is worth remembering that the region (Atlantic Forest) is listed by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. Therefore, in terms of urban planning, the municipal administration's choice to build an 'Agiliza' unit - our local one-stop shop - on Av. Walkir Vergani, right in the recognized and exalted postcard of the South Coast, where the most beautiful sunset in the region can be appreciated, seems misguided.

We emphasize that we are strongly in favor of a local Agiliza. To this end, we believe there are, and we can point out, other plots of land where the administrative unit can be more adequately installed and thus better serve the population in terms of location in their daily lives.

Where the old emergency room used to be, a privileged plot facing the beach, we wish to claim an option focused on culture as an alternative proposal, thus recognizing Boiçucanga as a rising cultural center with great potential to become a reference in sustainable tourism and the philosophy of good living.

Thus, with the objective of exalting the natural beauty of the region by the sea and promoting local involvement and the philosophy of good living, we propose the creation of an Eco-Creative & Multicultural Center in that space, thus resuming the presence of those halls that once existed there.
