Account getting suspended due to

Today I got an email from Github developer, he said that my account was suspended because of creating two or more accounts. However, I created none of them at/before that time. But after few days, In order to create support tickets, I created two temporary accounts so now they are deleted.

Soon I created my Java PUBLIC repo and added readme and licence files, no sooner than I got an email that it found some suspicious activity and my account.
