When David Thompson killed Jax and injured Diesel the law for cruelty animal abuse was felony 6. Two years later law changed to felony 4 wish is stronger penalties. However he will only be charge with felony 6 because this  happened 2 years ago and just got arrested recently. 

We do not want him to end up with a misdemeanor and just some probation.

make this petitions stronger by having at least one or two people you may know sign this for me. Is only few seconds of your time and it could be at least few month of extra jail for this psyco 

in that picture Jax was at the vet hospital 3 weeks prior to his death. he has an open laceration wound that we never figure how that even happened. Even detective and us believe it was Thompson trying to kill him few week before. 

I have no enemies, as many of you know me i am a person who love to care and help people and animals. I rescue dogs from the streets and this crime not only broke my hearth but also my family's specially my daughter who clean all the blood in the house. She was so worry about me coming home to find the terrible scene. Tbh ere were blood everywhere she had blood all over her body as well truing to mop and use towels to clean. it is inimaginable the mental distress that this cause to my family. 

Cuando David Thompson mató a Jax e hirió a Diesel, la ley por crueldad y maltrato animal fue el delito grave 6. Dos años más tarde, la ley cambió al delito grave 4 y deseo penas más severas. Sin embargo, solo será acusado del delito grave 6 porque esto sucedió hace 2 años y acaba de ser arrestado recientemente. 

No queremos que termine con un delito menor y sólo con una libertad condicional.

Haga que estas peticiones sean más fuertes haciendo que al menos una o dos personas que usted conozca firmen esto por mí. Son solo unos segundos de tu tiempo y podrían ser al menos unos meses de cárcel extra para este psicópata. 

En esa foto, Jax estaba en el hospital veterinario 3 semanas antes de su muerte. Tiene una herida de laceración abierta y nunca sabemos cómo sucedió. Incluso el detective y nosotros creemos que fue Thompson quien intentó matarlo una semana antes. 

No tengo enemigos, como muchos de vosotros me conocéis soy una persona a la que le encanta cuidar y ayudar a las personas y a los animales. Rescato perros de las calles y este crimen no solo rompió mi hogar sino también el de mi familia, especialmente mi hija, quien limpia toda la sangre de la casa. Estaba muy preocupada de que yo volviera a casa y encontrara la terrible escena. Había sangre por todas partes; tenía sangre por todo el cuerpo y además intentaba trapear y usar toallas para limpiar. Es inimaginable el malestar mental que esto le causa a mi familia.
