Thank you to everyone for signing this petition, and for all of your support! It has been overwhelming! Tim is most grateful to know people care! Tim's Petition for Clemency has been submitted! We are waiting for a response from President Obama. We need a miracle! We are especially grateful to Melissa Saldivar, Janette Richardson, and Professor J.P Ogilvy at CUA, Columbus School of Law, Clemency Project, for preparing Tim's petition. There are thousands of people in the same position as Tim is in. People serving decades in prison for a non-violent crime. Please let us not forget about them. FAMM (Families against Mandatory Minimums) works to change the laws so this stops happening to families like ours. I believe that the punishment should fit the crime, and be reasonable and just.
