I was just sitting here, watching a documentary and this is quote from Oliver Cromwell about another unpopular and ineffectual government came up. It struck a chord with me in regards to the Town of Monroe: "You have sat here too long for any good you may be doing. Depart, I say, and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go." Seriously.... Just go and let someone step up and do the right thing. This has gone on well beyond anyone's comprehension. Stop treating a decorated, 22 year Veteran as a non entity.
